Project: Consolidated Information Technology Infrastructure Contract (CITIC) supporting Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services data center.

Description: Provide agency-wide information technology and infrastructure support services for the federal government's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Purpose of the contract is to consolidate multiple agency contracts under one program, and to improve the IT infrastructure for present and future business needs.

ACI's Role: ACI has worked on the CITIC contract since 2005, and has provided professional-level support for Data Center Operations and Enterprise Support Services, which maintains the backbone of the server infrastructure at the CMS data center.

Project: Program Support Center/Information Technology Infrastructure Operations (PSC/ITIO) supporting Health and Human Services.

Description: Purpose of the program is to improve the nation's health systems. The scope of work includes Lockheed providing HHS with desktop support services, help desk and call center services, systems administration and email support, and general operations and maintenance.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group supports the Seat Management division of the program by providing for Service Desk staffers serving as Tier-1 support for computer related issues across the entire contract.

Project: Information Technology Networking Operations Virtual Alliance (IT-NOVA) supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE).

Description: The operations and maintenance contract consolidation offers DHS the opportunity to apply uniform standards and metrics across its IT infrastructure to bring harmony to the number of systems it inherited from legacy agencies or coupled together quickly for its new agencies.

ACI's Role: ACI supported the Lockheed DHS program by placing candidates in LAN/Deskside, Senior Architect and network engineering roles supporting the operations, maintenance and program management of IT services across the contract.

Project: Agency Wide Support Services Contract (AWSSC) supporting the Social Security Administration headquarters in Woodlawn, MD.

Description: The Agency Wide Support Services Contract (AWSSC) encompasses a complete range of Information Technology services related to SSA's major systems modernization initiatives.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group provides support in application design, development, testing, and maintenance, database administration and imaging and document management, data administration and programmatic repository and enterprise architecture, software engineering and technology, emerging technology applications, and software engineering management.

Project: Scientific, Engineering, Response & Analytical Services (SERAS) Contract supporting the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Description: Supporting the EPA's Environmental Response Team with 24-hour support during environmental emergencies, quickly assessing the situation, making suggestions for containment and assisting with remediation activities.

ACI's Role: ACI supplied key personnel with Meteorology/Data Modeler expertise on the Lockheed SERAS contract. Main responsibilities included preparing and running air toxic atmospheric dispersion models and evaluating results to support on-site personnel at waste sites, as well as preparing for emergency deployment which included operation of portable meteorological and air sampler instruments .

Project: National Data Warehouse (NDW) supporting the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) call center data warehouse.

Description: CMS implemented a National Data Warehouse (NDW) solution to act as the central repository for capturing, aggregating, and analyzing information related to the beneficiary experience with Medicare. The data stored in the NDW is used to monitor, forecast, trend, analyze, and report on the performance of the Beneficiary Contact Centers (BCC) and all channels of communication available to the beneficiaries.

ACI's Role: ACI contributes to CMS' call center infrastructure support through placement of Solaris Engineers, Data Warehouse Architects, ETL Testers, LAN Administrators, and Trainer's through Lockheed Martin.

Project: Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) contract supporting the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Description: Provide transition services, program management support for Server Services, Managed Network Services, End User Computing, Service Desk and Pre-production services and other infrastructure areas.

ACI's Role: ACI supplied key consultants working on Asset/Configuration Management, Windows Engineering, SAN Architecture, Technical Writing, Trainers, Software Application Packaging Analysts, and Infrastructure Services Management.

Project: Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Information Technology Support Services contract supporting the US Mint.

Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide IT services to the Office of the Chief Information Officer through Seat Management, IT Management, Applications, Communications, and Data Center operations.

ACI's Role: ACI supports the Lockheed US Mint program by supplying key contributors for Seat Manager and Application Management Developer positions. These roles are integral for maintaining operation and maintenance support for the client.

Client Business: ACGI Software is the leader in Internet-based software designed to serve the needs of membership organizations. ACGI's software helps associations, professional societies, chambers, and other member-based organizations improve staff productivity, enhance communication with members, and reduce operating costs.

ACI's Role: ACI has supplied key team members in roles such as: Project Manager, Business Analyst and Software Engineer.

Client Business: Advanced Technology Systems provides technology services to their federal government customers.

Description: This contract is centered on modernizing the systems and processes that allow the PBGC to protect the retirement incomes of more than 44 million American workers in more than 29,000 private-sector defined benefit pension plans.

ACI's Role: ACI has supplied resources in key roles such as Business Analyst, Java Developer, Quality Assurance Analyst, Database Developer and Software Deployment Specialist; in an effort to assist ATS modernize the systems used by the PBGC.

Client Business: e.magination provides web design services including web site design; development; and content management, as well as increasing their client's web presence (SEO, etc...).

ACI's Role: ACI supplied several .Net Engineers with e.magination to assist with their web development projects with multiple clients.

Client Business: Medifast is engaged in the production, distribution and sale of weight management and health management consumable products.

ACI's Role: ACI has helped build Medifast's IT department from the ground up, working side by side with their VP of Technology, to provide them with the top talent in the region in application development, database administration, business analysis and project management to help to bridge the manufacturing, sales and marketing divisions using technology.

Client Business: Serco is a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services focused on the federal government. Serco Inc. is part of an international service company with employees around the world.

Project: Census Bureau

Description: Providing help desk and desktop support to the employees of the United States Census Bureau.

ACI's Role: ACI has supplied consultants with Serco in roles such as Tier-1 and Tier-2 help desk analysts, Tier-3 desktop support and Microsoft Office Specialists.

Project: Federal Communications Commission

Description: Serco provides the internal employees at the FCC with desktop and help desk support as well as system engineering services. Serco also supports the FCC's auction line of business with Project Management services.

ACI's Role: ACI has supplied numerous help desk analysts onsite at the FCC to services the internal users. We have also provided system engineers and business analysts to support the auction team.

Project: Second Line of Defense (Department of Energy)

Project Description: Providing the Department of Energy application development support to their Second Line of Defense contract, which allows countries throughout the world to safely screen imported/exported cargo for hazardous materials.

ACI's Role: ACI has supplied .Net Engineers on the application development team for Serco, to aid with developing first class screening software.

Project: State Department (Visa Processing Services)

Project Description: Serco provides application development and system maintenance services which allow the State Department to process millions of Visa applications annually.

ACI's Role: ACI provides Serco with professionals serving in roles such as: Business Analyst, QA/Test Engineer, Systems Administrator, Database Developer/Administrator, Web Developer, and Application Developer.

Project: United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (Department of Homeland Security)

ACI's Role: ACI provides Serco with Instructional Design and Training Specialists to aid in the massive undertaking of educating the USCIS employees on the new and improved processes and technology provided by Serco and its team members.

Project: Washington Headquarters Services (Pentagon)

Project Description: Serco supports WHS to provide consolidated administrative and operational support to several Defense Agencies, DoD Field Activities, the headquarters and various elements of the military departments, the White House, and to some degree, Congress.

ACI's Role: ACI has provided a team of help desk analysts at The Pentagon, as well as Application Developers to aid Serco in their support of the mission of the Washington Headquarters Services.

Client Business: Through a suite of software applications, UPS Logistics Technologies offers optimized route planning, real-time wireless dispatch and GPS, strategic territory planning, vehicle telematics, web-based reporting and more. These solutions have successfully helped thousands of distributors reduce transportation and maintenance costs, save time routing, improve customer service, and increase overall operational efficiency.

ACI's Role: ACI provides Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Technical Writers, Database Developers/Administrators and Business Intelligence Specialists to aid in the development of UPSL's transportation management software.

Client Business: Ascend One works with consumers to reduce and eliminate debt through a number of effective solutions, powered by cutting edge technologies.

Description: Using the latest Microsoft technologies and Agile processes, the development team creates and maintains websites with over 500,000 unique visitors per month and millions of page views.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group has supplied staffing for Ascend One's Software Development and Network Operations teams. These professionals have been instrumental in the evolution of Ascend One's web services, which drives the success of the entire company.

Client Business: Brown Investment Advisory is a full-service firm providing investment advisory services to families and individuals of substantial wealth.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group has staffed Brown Advisory's Help Desk and Desktop Support teams. These professionals are tasked with ensuring that those on the trading floor have hardware and software support 24/7.

Client Business: Constellation Energy Group is a FORTUNE 500 company and a leading supplier of energy products and services to wholesale and retail electric and natural gas customers.

Project: Load Response, CC&B, BGE HOME Billing

Descriptions:

• CEG - The Load Response team at CEG is challenged with taking energy and power data on a second by second basis and determining real time averages to better serve their expanding customer base.

• BGE - The Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) project team can capture a variety of customer contact preferences such as email, phone and text; and leverage social media platforms to generate customer notifications.

• BGE Home - BGE Home has put together a team to create a new billing system as they increase in size and service more households in the Baltimore area.

ACI's Role: ACI has supplied Application Developers and Architects, QA and Business Analysts, Database Administrators, and Data Architects in long term contract roles throughout the organization.  These high level projects require consultants with very specified expertise (TIBCO, Great Plains, LODESTAR).

Client Business: Cygnus Business Media provides comprehensive, integrated advertising and marketing programs for some of the world's strongest business-to-business brands. The company reaches 1.5 million print subscribers, nearly 1 million industry professionals via its Custom Marketing Services group and attracts 2 million unique visitors to its websites monthly.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group supplies developers and Project Managers to maintain and enhance the websites for their clients.

Client Business: Endo Pharmaceuticals is a U.S.-based, specialty healthcare solutions company, focused on high-value branded products and specialty generics.

Description: After acquiring a small pharmaceutical company in Massachusetts, Endo needed a Project Manager to close the old data center and lead the transfer of that information to a new data center that Endo was opening at its corporate headquarters.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group has supplied Infrastructure Project Managers and System Analysts at the Endo headquarters in Chadds Ford, PA and Validation Analysts on projects and also at their facility in Cranbury, NJ.

Client Business: Johns Hopkins University is regarded as one of the top universities in the world and is a model for most large research universities in the United States.

Description: The team was tasked with making a patient-facing website that serves the patient's needs, adheres to the new laws concerning electronic health records (EHRs), and serves the needs of the Hopkins community in performing its daily mission.

ACI's Role: Working with the Director of Enterprise Network Services (also a former ACI consultant), we supplied a senior level developer on the team to act as a technical lead in the building of this portal system.

Client Business: The Johns Hopkins Hospital in collaboration with the faculty of The Johns Hopkins University supports medical education and research, and provides innovative patient-centered care to prevent, diagnose and treat human illness.

Description: The Radiology/Medical Imaging Department at JHH bolstered its staff of PACS Administrators. The project revolved around the operation of DICOM and non-DICOM image data transfer into the archive as well as network transmission, workflow validation and exceptions handling.

ACI's Role: ACI supplied an expert in the Medical Imaging field onto this team to help the Department increase its efficiency.

Client Business: Johns Hopkins Medicine educates medical students, scientists, health care professionals and the public; conducts biomedical research; and provides patient-centered medicine to prevent, diagnose and treat human illness.

Description: The Dept of Web Services sought to augment its team in order to build and maintain Web sites and work with internal clients to build an online presence using Web-authoring tools such as their content management system.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group supplied a Web Production Specialist on the Web Services team to help improve the websites for specific departments within the Johns Hopkins Medical System.

Client Business: MEDEX provides travel medical insurance and emergency assistance to large corporations, insurance companies, universities and even individuals for both business and leisure travelers.

Description: MEDEX is using a custom framework, used for existing MEDEX applications such as Health Monitoring, Membership, Role, and Profile providers to create a travel security management tool for MEDEX customers.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group has worked directly with the CIO from MEDEX to find experience .Net and LAMP Developers that can help the IT Department improve existing programs and create new ones to keep up with the demand of their rapidly increasing customer base.

Client Business: Merkle is a leading customer relationship marketing agency. They offer quantitative, information-based solutions to help their clients maximize the return on their marketing investments.

ACI's Role: With the help of the management team at Merkle, ACI learned about the Merkle business and culture and successfully filled multiple positions on the Infrastructure team.

Client Business: SafeNet is a global leader in information security, protecting data at rest, data in motion, data in use, software and license management with the broadest range of security solutions in the world. The company protects critical business data, communications, financial transactions, and digital identities through a full spectrum of encryption technologies.

ACI's Role: The ACI Group worked with the Director of Quality Assurance to fill an opening on his team. This position was crucial in implementing a structured quality assurance program that was in compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
